it's just funny with some of you guys expectations of what these guys should be, they should be 5'10" 285 pounds at 2 percent bodyfat but they should have male model facial looks, a full head of wavy hair, should be natural, healthy as a horse, normal blood pressure, perfect skin, awesome personalities, perfect "symmetry", 29 inch waists, etc.

thats easily the biggest ive seen him, but at the same token he said he will be 265lbs at the competition. Thats 10 lbs lighter than last year but Jay looks like he's added a few more pounds of muscle.
