I will admit Jay has worked his ass off to acquire a midsection that resembles an anvil. I do believe he can rest proudly to know this. Good for him.

But talking about beating Jay who is light years ahead regarding muscle maturity, development and struggling years to become Mr. O, and now Dennis comes in his 2nd Mr. O to BECOME Mr. O?

Meso, all kidding aside i DO REALIZE jay is a true mass freak. Density, maturity, just overall "thickness". He fucking HAS IT. a true beast

However, u cannot deny Wolf does have: Size,extremely wide, small waist (for now, relatively speaking), calves aside, his quads/ham seperation is sick. His back is wide as a barn. Jay does have him on middleback THICKNESS, but, i dont think he is so far lacking behind that it could be called a lagging bodypart. all that wolf is missing is calves.

He's missing proportionate calves and forearms and well as middle & lower back thickness , which he can improve marginally but not dramatically , despite his faults he can easily win the Olympia the guy is huge while maintaining great symmetry , but I don't think it will be this year or even next he's improving for sure but time will tell.

ND- what is your reasoning for the "lack of" dramatic back thickness increases? Do you think that if was gonna be thicker it'd already "kinda be there" by this point? What i mean is that do u think genetics are playing a significant role specifically to the back? His calves suck i admit.

But Jay has worked his ass off all these years....this just isn't right to say he lacks from newcomers....
