I think Bob could have cracked the top 10... But in order for him to secure a position that high, a few things would have had to happen. A few of the top guys would have had to come "off", or... Bob would have to address his own physique deficiency's...
Personally, I believe his back shot was not his best, because his conditioning from the back wasn't on par with front shots, mainly his glutes and hamstrings... Also, I think he could have managed to build up his quad sweep a bit more..and bring in more detail in back, specifically his lower back. The great thing about Bob, is that he was very balanced, and very symmetrical... sometimes, that hurts you.. because it seems that the a tier 1 bodybuilder needs one or even two outstanding body parts. Example: Phil Heath's arms... Dennis Wolf's Shoulders.....Jay's Quads...Ronnie's Back...
