well what are your goals. The truth is, it's hard to answer. HGH is not about dosage as much as it about how long you take it. I wouldn't take HGH for anywhere less than 6 months if long term was your goal. But for fat loss, from what I read, 2 - 4 IU's is ideal. For strength the dosage goes more to 5 - 7 IU's a day. But it's also about your tolerance, what kind of sides you have, and your budget. They are best added with AAS and T-3. I'm taking HGH at 3 IU's a day, 900mgs of Test E, and 600mg of Deca a week, and I am a God right now.
