I'm not gonna lie --but my weight in those shots were just around 164 lb ( I am only 5'

(Throughout my diet, I never weighed myself).... But I like to go by how I feel n' look in the mirror...I tend to grow as I am dieting..... Currently I am sitting @ 178... Holding on to unnecessary weight...

Nah-- I lived in So Cal for bout 8 yrs now and went to undergrad there--- Too much fun and relaxation..Which is exactly the problem..Going back to NJ for Grad school.. Time to get more focused n' motivated... Change of scenery always works for me

I don't reach my desired conditioning til I'm sub 160 lbs-- I know I'd look my best at 150 lb... All bout illusions baby!!! w/ the quality lines!! That's y I am never concerned about my weight in number-- Conditioning always speaks for itself... Just wish I had a lil' more time LOL
