Be prepared to be amazed this year.

Hahah well im pretty fat now... Im taking about a month off from the hardcore lifting to let my joints heal up but ill be back soon.

It will be interesting to see what 2 years on the Adonis Principals do for my friend 'Adam', I don't expect to see anything short of phenomenal. Plus, if whateva is in contest shape for an upcoming show it too would be intersting to see what changes 2 years bring. Stavios should enter too, he is a true blue getbigger since ive been here.... Good luck to all participants !

i say posters should have atleast 500 posts in order to compete

Seems annoying for a guy with 1 post to come in the contest and win Mr Getbig when he had nothing to do with Getbig in the first place. Only to never post again and fk off to MD or somewhere.

it will be interesting, I only had 4 weeks to prepare for this show
4 weeks out 12.5% bodyfat
it is interesting to see myself get into that mind mode, that mad mind mode that I have only 3 weeks left and have to get down to 4% bodyfat
I hope that Adonis brought up his chicken legs  :)

AXA    ya only have a handful of posts but Ive been around for a few yrs-    so u have to have a lot of posts or what     I dont really care but it wd be cool to enter wo having to don posing trunks and get on a stage lol

Hey 240, how much money is on the line this year? You mentioned 5100$ dollars in prize money last year, so I am assuming there is quite a bit on the line this year, maybe even double that. So why not let us know?
