Then, i just said "well, he looks a good 20 years older than he is".. This is where your trouble begins: I was not being "literal" in that calculation; I could have just said "Branch looks 40, 50, 60 years older than he is.

Other than that - YES - it is true that IFBB pro athletes are better off NOT being associated with me - in any shape or form...IF they want to place decent in any of the upcoming IFBB pro shows...

NO - I don't think for a second that Chris Lund would say such a thing as we are friends for more than 2 decades...I understand the reason WHY he had to leave...but I also hope he understand WHY I didn't want to just simply APOLOGIZE to someone and with that - end all of my problems, my misery, my IFBB suspension...and save my 15-year [old/long] lasting Weider endorsement contract (my livelihood at the time)...

this mofucker gets caught with drugs at the airport and now hes looking for a free pass to the olympia because he was punished for breaking the law? Only Milos would be stupid enough to use that kind of logic.

I like Hidetada. And he is one of the best Japanese bodybuilders out there, but he was arrested at LAX Airport and got caught.  And his sponsor in Japan dropped him, and even now in Japan, there is a karma about him so he isnt profiled a lot. Even the Japanese bodybuilding magazine are worried about using him too much, at the moment.

He should ge the invite to the under 202 show down. He can't beat David Henry or Flex Lewis.

That being said, no special invite for the 202lb and Under.  Hidetada looks good, and get him ready for the 2009 Ironman, where, if he places in the top 5, will qualify for the Olympia.  And right now, with the date in the third week of January, Hidetada can do what he did in the past.

So get him ready for it.

As for the Olympia 202lb,  David, Henry, Flex Lewis and Kevin English are the favorites, in that order.

hahahahahaaaaaa, no way could Melvin EVER win the Olympia.

Even Dexter Jackson said that if Melvin is spot on, he can vie for the top Olympia spot. Never say never.

it was actually the 2 quotes above that made me join this forum so that i could ask you:

...if this is how you feel about why your competitors don't get a fair chance, then isn't it wise to stop training athletes?

Luke Wood is one athlete that is really trying hard to get somewhere in the IFBB pro ranks, but going by what you say, then you would be making this difficult for him so long as it is known that he is "Team Milos" ...no matter how good he looks?

Hide would have easily qualified at the Japanese Pro contest, if he hadn't been packing viagra and illegal supps in his baggage and caused the Japanese Pro backers to drop the contest.  While I'd like to see Hide compete, he shouldn't get an invite to the Olympia.  He needs to qualify to compete in the Olympia, as the rules stand.  He'll have to wait until next year.

I have seen competitors look awesome by themselves at the gym a few days out, only when compared with others who looked just as good, decisions are made.

This weekend, I asked why Dave Bourlet didnt win his class in the Open (he won Novice and Overall), and they told me that his upper half (chest and back) looked great, and but legs were less defined than the winner.  I didn't see it that way, but three other people I asked did.

Actually, it was very close...the deciding factor was that the other guy was biger/ more muscle....Dave was in better condition.
