No, McCain will most likely win.  A lot of white folks are saying they'll vote for Obama but once they get into the booth, they will most likely say "fuck that guy" and push the button for McCain.

BUT, 'all my intel' doesn't fully account for the large, uneducated population in rural NC whose votes count just as much as everyone else's.
