I integrate ab/core in my routein.

example; Towel pull ups
             Box squat
             core or ab exercise

             done as a triset.

i do situps for 32 seconds between each post

i've got close to 30 000 post so my abs are pretty rock solid

Nope. Once every week or two I throw in some abdominal work. I train abs in between 12-15 reps... hold a 45 lb plate across my chest.. using a decline so my head is much lower than my feet.

jays waist is far larger than 36 inches.

Looks good, and should be an upper-2nd tier pro.  Too bad the only chance he has of making the posedown is at a show outside of the US.

probably so but his chest/back is probably right around 60 so 38-40 doesn't look that bad on him, Rockel's is probably every bit of 35 inches.
