For some reason that never works for me.  Last time I was in a bar in Rome, I think I loudly said something along the lines of, "Hey, yo, all of youse need to quit speakin' that monkey crap... I can't understand any of you grease-balls.  Hable Ingles?  "   Oddly, the locals didn't seem to take to me very well that night.

you can get into the subway and go to the coliseum, if im not mistaken the stop is actually called caliseum or something similar. you leave the station, and right infront of the station you are gonna se the coliseum
 then coliseum and from there take a bus that does a tour of the city... it leaves you in the vatican, its gona park in fron of saint peters square for about 30 minutes waiting for people, and you can leave there and go into the square,then  you can hop in the next bus without paying anything else... it costs like 20 euros if im not mistaken... the city tour around rome is beautifull and cool and go in the roof, is way cooler!

Goudy, the best advice re: sex in Italy is this: You're probably not going to screw an Italian woman, especially if you don't speak any Italian.  Cosa.  But the place is filled to the brim with American and Canadian backpacker girls who have gone to Europe to slut around and screw.  Fish, barrel, etc.  You're the right age for youth hostels, so find a good one (usually one with it's own bar).  Also, blondes and redheads in particular get hassled, and seeing them getting followed by the local men isn't uncommon.  An invitation to hang out is frequently forthcoming if you cockblock the guy with, "Hello darling, where have you been?  Is this greasy Italian man bothering you?"

There is a lot more to see though, almost too much. But they have a real easy subway, so you can get around quickly.
