I talked to Jay today after his workout and he looks incredible! I've followed Jay's career since '99 and this is absolutely the best I've ever seen him look. Great conditioning with incredible size. He told me he was planning on being 260 on stage.

I truly believe this will be one of the best physiques ever to grace the Olympia stage.

Jay always seemed to be better at a lighter weight. Likely with Ronnie out of the picture, he realized that he doesn't need to be 275 to win. Rather, focus more on condition. I also believe Jay will win.

Good luck to Jay, i too thought he looks better in the 255-265LB range be interesting to see if DEXTER, WOLF or any of the other top lot can get real close this year or even spring a upset.

Whether you like his physique or not (I'm a not), he will not take anything to chance this year. He'll be ripped and ready for sure.

Bullshit. Talk is cheap. They were saying that last year when he brought that boo boo ass physique that was ruined by his cold.

I think that if Jay looks like much less than 2001 he will be blown off the stage by Wolf, Heath, and Dexter physique-wise. Nevertheless, I am 95% sure Jay will win if he doesn't look like last year.

Jay looking his best does not discount the other Competitors. Jay is not Ronnie or Dorian and does not dominate the stage.
