The very first time Yates guest posed in the US was at the Palm Springs in (I think) 91, may have been 90 or 92, but the one thing that happened to EVERYONE in the audience was their jaw dropped when he rolled out on stage with that back of his.

I met Dorian at a guest pose in '93 a couple weeks after he won the "O" that year. Looked like he was in the process of getting the tattoo of "skin" off his fingers. Anyway, he was thick as a horse! He was doing a seminar and stopped in mid sentence when he saw someone in the audience taping (we were told there was no taping) and got mad at the guy. The dude's eyes bugged out of his head and he stopped right away. Funny moment! Otherwise, he was a friendly guy that liked talking to his fans. Good guy!
