Not really. Better to have an somewhat overpowering bodypart than very lagging body parts which Phil does not. Mark down big guts, bad conditioning, synthol, and missing body parts.

If people hardly get marked down for huge peptide guts then why the fuck should Heath get marked down for having amazing arms??

Should Ronnie have been marked down for his amazing back width and thickness? What about Branch Warrens legs? Judging is bias and shitty enough as it is... lets not add more variables.

short answer is .... no

most times when a guy is marked down its because of 1 lacking muscle group and the rest is balanced...

if he has only 1 superior muscle group and the rest is balanced then this will not be marked down

I think Heath is amazing. I think his arms are a bit overpowering which affects balance a little. Much better than proportionally small arms.

He's suffering from the same problems as lee priest, his arms are so ridiculously big they make his chest , back and delts seem non-existent.
