just buy the cheapest "whey protein" and lots of it....

and try to balance it through ur diet....

Don't use too much protein powder....it's full of steroids and will make your pee-pee small.

Yeah I just bought some body fortress whey protein from Walmart. But it has sucralose in it, very detrimental to your mental state and also the body. So consequently I gave up my protein powder idea and threw the rest away. I think I'm actually making better improvements without it and feel better and stronger without it. Mainly I'm building my biceps like ronnie coleman, but training every other body part hard as well.

Only a year ago this exact same 5lb bag was $15 at Sam's.  It then went to $18, then to $25 and now it's $30.

in my opinion the cheapest brand avail. today is 90% as good as the best brand and less than half the price. go with that and use a little more than you normally would. also if you arent lactose intolerant and worried about extra carbs, use some skim milk powder with it.

big difference from the 80's when you could hardly mix the powders with a blender and barely drink them even if they mixed.
