I don't think so. I think it varies from person to person - I've known guys who swell up like ballons while on & then off the shrink. I've also known guys who don't gain any water.
It works both ways. Some guys DO hold a lot of water, some guys are just fat asses who should have gotten to a respectable weight before getting back "on". I think people should get down to a very comfortable bodyfat level and maintain for a while before hopping "on". Not unless they're competing or anything. There's no reason to get to an out-of-this-world level of pudginess if you're not competing. It's best to keep the water weight down, especially considering how lots of juicers who don't compete can neglect their cardio and probably don't get blood work done.
Just my thought on things. No one really cares about fat dudes and their swole, sausage link fatceps. I couldn't let myself go like that and try convince others and myself that it's simply a bit of water weight. Shouldn't be doing steroids if you blow up like that. It's very bad for the heart, but I know lots of guys who'll put on 30-40lbs in an amazingly short period of time and refuse to take an AI simply because it'll "ruin teh gainz".
