I read this somewhere else and I think it is total bullshit. 25,000 mcg would kill an elephant. He was probably taking more then he should but not that much.

I don't see how he is a live.  I wouldn't recommend over 100 mcg's unless you have some muscle to spare.  Not that I am an expert by any means.
