I don't know about health properties.
If I ever eat nuts for a bodybuilding related reason(body composition), I eat macadamiun nuts. Almost pure monounsaturated fat, zero poly's, and I think 1 gram saturated per 15(?) grams mono.
The only Poly's I like for bodybuilding are o3 (EPA/DHA only) and o6 (GLA only), and I try to keep saturated's to ZERO.
However for taste alone I love cashew's and Brasil nuts. Almonds are good too, but I like those better flavored. Like wasabi & soy sauce almonds from blue diamond. MMMMMM.
