mccain's speech video... something strange here?

Some of the silly blogs are going crazy about his left eye, side of mouth on this video from today.

Compared to his speech recently, his eye is suddenly drooping, and his left side of mouth isn't moving as much.

I don't know what that means.   Maybe stress causes this, who knows.
