name ANY OTHER NATION ON EARTH that can fire on US troops and not get about 50 JDAMS hurled at that.

Think about this.  They fired bullets at our boys today.

Considering we are techinically violating their airspace and territory atleast once a week, I guess its not so bad. They have to be shown to be standing up for their territory....its a game. However this crap didn't appear to happen under Mushariff or was not reported. This incident may mean little of it self but could show that the central government is losing control of its troops.

Dude, I had a Paki major in my office, in Afghanistan basically say that all the worlds troubles were our fault and then he whined that he had to be in Afghanistan for 2 weeks out of every month for six whole months...plus I've been to their shitty 3rd world country...I don't like these people at all, but I understand what they're doing. They have to look they aren't beholden to the US.

it just doesn't make sense.  Bush told the world we will go ANYWHERE to get the bad guys, and if you harbor them, or stop our search, you're going to get bombed too.

It worked in afghanistan.  But now we know bad guys are in pakistan, and we're not allowed to go get them?

I know the place is a powder keg, but this spits in bush's eye.  And it really makes it look like he'll stand up to leaders if there's oil in them hills - iraq and afghanistan - but back down if there's not (nkorea and now pakistan).
