try this for chest and tricep day. start off with flat bench press, and do about 5 warm up sets. then set up a easy curl bar, load with a nice heavy weight, and put the bar in front of the bench. do a heavy set of six of bench press reps, then turn around on the bench, and do a set of skull busters 8 reps. i did 4 sets of these babies, and i was sweating like lou selling his pictures at the expo on saturday. then i lowered the weight on both, and did three pump out sets. a great work, and a great pump. judo
