No, JOJ's got the best chest in bodybuilding by far. And some of the best traps as well. He needs to bring his legs up, and arms as well. There was nothing that Kamali had that was world-beating, except for his mouth, and even that was full of shit.

I think his arms lag behind, because his chest is so powerful. When he was a amateur he was much more balanced, arms matched his chest, and legs were not weak. His quads need to be fuller.
