Jay is developed head to toe. NO weakness in any muscle group.
The only other guy you can say that about is maybe Dave Henry or Phil heath,
Since Jay outmasses those guys, no one else in even close

  • Kevin Levrone is the genetic ideal.

I like Jay's physique, but if bodybuilding contests are just about the lack of flaws, wouldn't Frank Zane still be winning?

Last time I check, "tiny" was a major flaw.

Brutal Symmetry.

Jay's left toe is pointed out slightly, showing off his amazing quad sweep, thats why the dont look symmetrical.
His legs have EXTREMELY good symmetry and PERFECT BALANCE (quads + calves are proportional)

I would call, "showing up with a bloated 10%bf" somewhat of a flaw.  :D

Olympia should go to the guy who looks the best period.  If he has flaws then he has flaws.  But it should go to the guy who has the best overall look + mass.  Least flaws?  The IFBB is so far off from sticking to a certain "ideal" this is laughable....at this point.  The ideal was Arnold with slightly bigger thighs and seriously bigger hamstrings.

I would give to Phil or Dennis Wolf.  Can't say for sure until I see the pictures.

Hey Boost....

Post a picture of Jay SEVEN YEARS after the one you did in your original post.....that was from 2001....and it's the best Jay has ever looked on the day of the dance (even though it was taken a day or two later).

Jay has imbalanced arms, asymmetrical legs, lower back is never in shape and he generally holds more water than the Pacific Ocean.

All those are flaws by the standard definition.
