going by the pics , jay will win because he looks slightly better then last yr(not saying much), nowhere near as good as 06 though. dex looks the same as always(not as good as the ac), phil looks good but not his best showing and dennis looks like last yrs version of cutler(awfull) .
If anyone one of them would have stepped up thier game they could have done enuff to convince the judges to give either one of them the sndow if they were at least as good as thier past bests.

cutler looks about 5% better than last year. and all of that is in his left delt and hair. he is thick as fuck but looks like shit. waste is to 5 inches more than any other competitor and hes only 5'9. he has tons of mass but looks like shit.

wolfs bi's just flatline, there is no peak at all

you could put a carpenters level from wolfs bi's to his shoulders and get a perfectly flat plane..

Jay just seems like an almost shapeless mass of unrefined muscle. I think Wolf looked good in every pose but the most Muscular (kevin style)

Granted I expected wolf to come in much bigger. He seems diminished.
