But where are his quads from the front???

His quads look awesome from the side and hams at the back.

Front on they are needing to be ripped, more size.

same shit happened to Levronre in the early 2000's.  He brought his waist down but sacrificed any significant leg mass in return.  Quads look WAY out of proportion

His glutes and hams are really, really soft and his legs from the front aren't dry enough either.  I guess his waist is down a bit but what difference does it make when you're that off?
