how does heath's chest suck? I've read this so many times... in the side chest it beats dexter and wolf cus its so thick and deep... And how is a chest suppose to be wider? the only thing heath can do is build an upper chest so his shoulder dont dominate his front relax.. and inthe side chest, phils upper chest is porportionally thicker than dennis. So yes, hes not wide, but his waist is small enuf, and his chest is balanced with his shoulders. True, his arms are maybe not porportional, but his chest matches his back, traps...
Dennis loses the front double bis because he has no lower lats.. it is too apparent when hes next to heath, jay and dex. The real lat spread, no one can really beat dennis, even with the lower weakness. but back double bis, he loses since everyone else looks great and he loses detail on lower back.
Plus, Phil healths calves are actually bigger than dennis... even been shorter.
