I really can't tell. After the first shock I think he doesn't even look that bad. What do you think honestly?? (I think many guys just expected toooooooo much; at his level making major improvements isn't that easy any more )

The problem is, is that he came out kind of soft, and after a whole year of anticipation everyone was expecting to see a BBOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM MMM  transformation.  However after posing he definetly started hardening up, I think we will see a big improvement tonight.

Well, some people said his legs only appear smaller because his upper body got bigger.

The waist definately got wider, but he added thickness to the obliques, lats and arms.

i think his hams and glutes as well as the back double biceps pose and overall conditioning are improved a lot

from the front his quads are no as full as expected or seen last year

All he needed to improve was his back and calves. Now he's ruined his abs/stomach, his obliques, his quads aren't quite as good and his calves still suck and his back's only slightly improved.

I agree, Dennis looks fantastic.  His conditioning is great, he already has striated glutes.  He's gonna look better for tonight's show.  Why all the hate?

Exactly, hams have improved.  Arms and lower back slightly better.
Looks like he could have filled out a bit more...I'd say he is not much better than last year and people expected to see more improvement.  Wonder if he missed his peak.
IMO, he is 3rd or 4th in this show.
