Jay took the loss graciously which is always good to see. Some of the pre-contest stuff is hype but how they act towards each other and the fans is real.
Jay is a gentleman...but did not have the best physique on stage last night.

Dexter legs were always very weak and I'm surprised to see they still are so weak, very small quads, tiny calves and his legs condition and separation aren't up to par with his upper body.

I think Heath and Wolf will have an easy time to take it from him, Jay on his good days was truly good, Ronnie was great, Dex is good at his best day but nothing more, not enough to keep the wolfs off the hill.
