How much better will Phil get?

He's only 28 and has plenty of time to grow.  However, I don't see him being able to fix a lack of width through the back and shoulders.  Will this keep him from winning the Olympia?

He needs to bring up his quads otherwise Palumboism will eat him alive.

I think his narrow structure is going to look really bad when he starts to get a belly...He reminds he alittle bit of Kevin L...

He's nowhere as good as Kevin.  Kevin was much wider!
