Good call. Dex always said he'd pass the torch to Phil and Phil would catch him soon. Next year Phil Heath Mr. O write it in stone you heard it from me.

  No, he won't ever regain the title, unless he somehow comes next year combining the mass he had in 2006 with the cuts and polishment he had in 2001, which is as close to impossible to happen. Jay is finished. Done.

Complete rubbish. The IFBB doesn't dictate who is Mr. Olympia. Mr. Olympia is the man on stage with the best combo of size and condition. That was Dexter tonight.

Well we all know that Ronnie is now coming back...And can you imagine if the Xman had 10 to 20 more pounds on him but kept the tighness how sick he would look...This placing puts everyone in play for next year and is once again a tell that 2012 is probably going to be the end of everything...

Know this but it's good timing to prep their Golden Boy for 09.  Boxing does it all the time.  It's not like past Os didnt get a gift.  Dex won for sure but he is the movement you need to starting selling Phil's type physique vs Ronnie or Yates.  Cool down.

The size thing is just a myth. Everyone says that because smaller BBs win the Arnold. Just so happens the best big guys never compete at the Arnold  Well, Ronnie did in 01 and he dominated the field. All things equal, a big man beats a small man.
