Here is my prediction and we will know next year if I am right.

Now that Dexter won, it gave hope to pretty much all the bodybuilders. a lot are bigger and some are as shredded.

I predict that every one will completely abuse the diuretics for next years' O to try to beat him on conditionning.

Most will be flat but super dry, and I predict 1-2 guy getting super sick after the show (a la Kai Greene)

most likely yes but the injury he suffered might have a toll on his physique

Jay is a washed up bodybuilder who is no longer in his prime, Dexter may still improve but I feel he's reached his peak

he wouldn't be too old to make a 1 time comeback if he trained a whole year for it.

But he's beaten Dex he knows all the ' rules ' are out the window , maybe that would motivate him.

If Vic is off a bit..then they give it to Phil because the smaller and sharper guy...no matter how much the world knows Vic is off the chain vs Phil.  Didnt Dex say Phil is in when he is out. Still believe deep down the move last night benefits Phil 2009 and on.   Jay looked no worsier than Ronnie and Yates in the past.

Therefore...my theory is correct.  That Dex is the setup for Phil and the biggest and best back just went out the window for MrO.  This means we probably wont see another Ronnie again. A bunch of wankers and swimmers winning the O.  :-\

i like Dex but do realize what people are going to say if he goes on Leno at 5'5" vs the monster Ronnie.

Vic usually seems to have issues with motivation and sharpness, so i don't see how he has any advantage over Heath, Dexter or Wolf.

With no Ronnie or Jay.  He has top Dex easy at the Arnold.  Yep...there's the pencil Phil but he should be concerned there since the switch in body types was for him last night.

He has all the reason to wake up unless he got a bad feeling about Phil being given the thing in the future.
