my best gains were 13 pounds in a little under 6 weeks and my bodyfat remained the same, so i put on 11.5 pounds of LBM and 1.5 pounds of fat. another time i gained 5 pounds in 5 weeks, but my bodyfat went down a percent, so i gained 6.5 pounds of LBM while losing 1.5 pounds of fat. and once, over a 2 week period my bodyfat went from 12% to 7.5%. what's some of y'alls best short-term gains/loses?
