They're both pretty hard and even though Phils look like baloons they are straited and look real with fore arms to match.Dexter look hard too but there has been speculation about his biceps having it before but they looked fine last night, and he also has great forearms that tie in right with his huge arms. But Dex has been linked to oil b4.
Wierd thing is that Phils look bigger and fuller in hands down poses such as the mm and Dex's look bigger in both double bi shots. I think both men have enormous biceps and triceps but Heath's lateral triceps head more so than the long head are huge and even bigger than Dexters who also has very full/round lateral tri heads thus making his arms look extra big in some poses. Especialy both mm variations.

Most pro bodybuilders use synthol or site injections to some degree. Site injections are like synthol, except about 1 million times less effective. You wont notice site injections at all, and unless the are ABUSING synthol, you wont notice that either.

As for Dex and Phil? My motto is always innocent untill proven guilty.

I am pretty sure they all use it. If used in moderation it enhances the appearance of the muscle. We only tend to spot it when they fuck it up, like when people have too much botox. But they take the risk because when it works, it really works.
They use AAS, insulin, GH, and all manner of shit, why not a bit of synthol?

He said he would inject 10cc Prop into his bicep regularly. That is NOT normal site injections. Its just insane.

Dex's biceps look very syntholized (m8 ©) right now to me. His calves were also VERY suspect 9 years ago, no one can possibly argue the contrary.
