Is that really from 99.  The song in the background is Cassie "me and you"  which was released in 2006.  It looks old though.  Weird.

i think the video must be from 99. but they added the music. they also had pitbull ''shake'' which didnt come out till '05ish

Kai does new stuff every routine. Some things he repeats, but hes not bad as melvin. Like he came out with that "move" for the arnold c this year.. where he kind of moon walks across the stage while doing an arnold pose..that was really good. i like kai's posing. but this one here was more of a gymnastics routine.
