id say so, his arms are damn good.  the problem is hes also got the worst chest of anyone on the olympia stage and the shoulder width of a 12 year old girl

I think he'll still give Dexter a run for his money in 2008.

I used to believe Phil Heath was the Levrone of this generation... amazing bodyparts, but destined to finish in second place, 3 or 4 times.

Now... I don't know... he blew up a LOT this year.  If he skips the Arnold and trains all year for only the Olympia, look out...

I didn't think the judges could overlook the chest weakness before.

Heath's muscles have a 'fake' look about them, especially compared to Priest there.

But when he hit the MM at the Olympia, his arms were so crazy all I said was OH SHIT.

cuz they are fake... go look at the interview section.. video 2.. there he is in his OFFSEASON and his arms are 5-6 inches smaller!

lee has a small chest but when he deos a side chest it looks alright. its only in the mm that it looks tiny
