You said you are 20 now with nearly two years off..you are full of shit my friend ,not even on heavy cycles nonstop could you do that.

dear mr will grant. i stopped working out at 19. no, of course i put on some fat, i certainly wasnt lean, but i wasnt fat, or chubby, i am not an expert with bf%, but i doubt i was over 15%. remember, the more muscle you gain the more your bf5 goes down(provided you dont gain alot of fat) ive been on getbig since early 03, i started bbing right after i turned 15, training only upper body, i gained 50lbs in my first 6 months-yr training,i was 200-205 fairly lean. i started training legs seiously around 16-17, around there somewhere. legs grow very very easy for me and im very strong on squats, my ass gets huge though. anyway, i m 6 feet tall and yes i did put on at the least, 80lb of solid muscle in my 4 years straight of dedicated training and diet, never missed a meal or workout. at 17-18yrs old i was the strongest person at my entire gym(albeit it was a health center type place), never saw anyone else use the weights i did.
im not trying to brag or make crazy claims or anything, i just gain muscle more quickly than most people and i get bigger than most people can, then again im alot more dedicated than most people. if you think my numbers or figures seem wacky or unbelievable that fine, but it's 100% truth and ill be updating pics in a month and keep doing so.
let me give you a couple measurements when i stopped working out, i was not like a jay cutler or dennis wolf 255lbs.
arms18"cold
thighs 30inches
chest 52 inches
so what does that mean, i probably would have had 17inch arms dieted down or something. nothing special
