i find it quite telling that all the people so passionately against abortion in this thread are males.  Don't pretend you understand what it's like for a woman who has made a mistake with some dirtbag and is left saddled with a child to raise on her own.  Instead of thumping anti abortion, you should be going after all the loser fathers who leave woman to tend to children on their own.  There are too many single parents in America and without abortion it would be staggeringly higher.  Until men STEP up and start looking after their children abortion should always be an option.

About the double standard not really no, you see the ppl being put to death with the death penalty have been convicted of a crime so they have been proven guilty of an action that warrants the death penalty. The children killed in abortions are innocent and have not been convicted of anything so NO this double standard cant really be turned around in this instance.
