I think it's better to pin IM. Pinning sub-q sucks and sometimes leaves shitty little welts.

It's just a slin pin you'll be pinning with and seeing as how it's water based, you can hit tiny muscles with no problems. Triceps, biceps, lats, lower legs, etc.

Same shit, different pile. People will argue both ways but honestly, I don't think it's an appreciable difference at all.
