I think so too, if you watch the real 99O video you'll find that Jay looked alright bit his waist and obliques were WIDE as hell.

Even off...he is still better in his prime than Phil, Wolf and some of these other pretenders.

Jay didnt look his best this year, but with his sheer size and mass, he should still be Mr. O.  Dex looks tiny next to him. :-\
