Distilled Water

One thing I disagree on, was you telling how good distilled water is for you. I’m not so sure. I’m a chemist and I know that distilled water is a very corrosive liquid, it will take up minerals very quickly from whatever source–in this case your body. I believe that constant consumption of distilled water will eventually lead to mineral depletion, especially calcium. I’d like to hear more on what you have to say about it.

The human body is designed to drink rain water, which is naturally distilled. However, rain water is polluted. Spring water contains high radon levels that damage the body. Tap water usually contains fluoride and/or chlorine which damages the brain and lungs. Water should be a flush, not a food. Distilled water pulls toxins and residues from the body. Animals prefer to drink this water as well. I have not known anyone suffering from mineral depletion from drinking distilled water extensively. The body contains many corrosives, including digestive acids and saline. They react differently in a human body than they would in a lab.

Distilled water, once absorberb, becomes a part of the thing that you call "I".

Once it is a part of you it has no mechanism for stealing minerals. How does hydrogen molecule and 2 Oxygen molecules steal minerals?

your body is 75% H20. Does that mean that 75% of you is robbing the other 25%?

Also, if you relied on rain water for your minerals, you would be very deficient in minerals. Minerals are in the soil and concentrated in plant life.
