I dont think at 5'8 Jay or any white guy has any business being over 230-240lb, black guys at 5'8 can push maybe to 255
I also think they should split the sport blacks and spanish respond better to training and everything, even when it comes to pumping up backstage the white guy loses the pump 10 times quicker then the other guys
