of all the boards on getbig that i either post on or moderate the z board is the one that im most proud of and that is the dearest to my heart it is the board where all the best threads eventually end up and a sign of quality have you not checked out the z board well wht are you waiting for get there and get going before it goes because it is a beautiful place and quite possibly it could change your life be for better or worse but it will.

Sometimes when I'm feeding the homeless orphans on Sundays or dropping off hot meals to the elderly I don't hesitate to tell them about the Z board because I think doing stuff like that for the community will inspire them to achieve great successes in fitness since they will enrich their minds by proxy just by visiting getbig.com.
