FOX text poll with over 100,000,000 votes in so far;

Biden 12%
Palin 86%

Dick Morris said she hit a homerun.

Guliani said "She gave the best debate he's ever seen" (paraphrasing)

Most importantly, Karl Rove said there were at least 10 FACTUAL inaccuracies that Biden said and at least 6 that were arguable.

All this polling means nothing. Look at the electoral map in 3-4 days.

There is a difference.  The fox polling you're quoting is of fox viewers.  The polls I quoted are within their viewer audience.

Honestly, Biden wont hurt or harm Obama, Palin is going to hurt him more than help him.  Sure some women will  vote for him becasue of her, but anyone with any sort of education will realize shes qualified to run a Wendys.

That's a good point, but it doesn't mean nothing.  We are here now.  Now is valid, tomorrow is what tomorrow is and will be valid in the now tomorrow...  It doesn't mean we don't talk about now, now.

Would you expect Fox to say Biden won?

I hope you're right, Biden has the ability to screw up... Luckily George W Bush helps us all out... He's gaffed so many times it's hard to hold a dem responsible after they've excused W so often.  But we can still point at Palin.

I just know these polls can be highly skewed depending on the particular audience? who is more likely to sit in a fox vs cnn vs cbs audience?

One of the nice things about tonights debate is that both candidates didnt show any animosity towards another. They actually seemed to respect one another to a certain degree.

extremely true polls are inately bias, everything must be looked at not just the audience but the questions asked in the polls, the wording used in the questions, the set up whether questionaire or live...so much more complicated and easily skewed than most ppl have any comprehension of.

No, the fox poll is done via fox viewer contacts to fox.  The CNN CBS polls are done by polling.  There is a huge difference.

Out of 100,000,000 text votes you actually think 86% are repubs?

who are they polling though? and how did they get these ppl? What questions are they asking I know you dont know these things hugo just examples of things that should be taken into account...I could create a poll that would have  the majority of getbig voting for john mccain that doesnt make it accurate.

duh, why do you think it's 100,000?  because it's fox viewers texting in.  The fact that the other polls are around 500 people should tell you the difference.  Fox didn't call 100,000 people... I assume you mean 100,000 because you posted 100 million which has to be bullshit to the max.  But anyway one is polling of the people, the other is a target audience calling in, huge difference.

They gave a number to text in your vote...over 1,000,000 came in, they didn't poll 1,000,000

That's what I was thinking, but even at 100,000 that tells truth to the matter... They didn't poll 100,000.  100,000 viewers contacted Fox via opinion solicitation prior to the debate.  that puts these polls in two way different categories.

CBS, NBC and CNN poll 500 people since that is the actual amount of viewers they have.
