Hank is Australian and most of his bodybuilding knowledge is very recent, usually from google or reading old posts from others. Hes funny at times, but just to repetitive.

I stay in the same gym, at least i know the dickheads i've got to deal with. Croatch would have a field day with some of the guys using gear in my gym.
