Not an Obama fan, but I think his major drawbacks are:
- His lack of experience.
- His lack of military experience with the U.S. involved in two wars and other possible conflicts on the horizon.
- His poor judgment, including a twenty-year association with Rev. Wright and his horrible call on the surge.
- His stubbornness, which is a leadership flaw, including his inability to admit he was wrong about the surge.
- His desire to spend money we don't have.
- His attempt to play class warfare by pitting groups against each other (the "middle class" vs. the "wealthy" and "corporations" vs. everyone else).
- His desire to raise taxes (income taxes and capital gains taxes).
