Was huge and cut 7 days out.....and the some how lost 25lb during the final week...and looked small (for him)

I was at the 04 Arnold. Jay was ripped but his right leg and right biceps were gone, they simply weren't even there. It's all everyone was talking about.

Chris looked incredible, maybe his best ever, he should have won but Cutler received another gift.

I would say both are even..

Dexter won the abs but Jay won the thigh shot.

Actually Jay looked 'ok' in that shot. It was the watery lower and glute and hs that did him in at prejudging IMO. Saturday though was the best Jay I've seen since 2006. Jay should just his contest prep back a week or two b/c he always looks amazing a week or two before.

dude jay won that shot. it is a abs and thigh shot. jay owns him in the entire lower half. jay abs are just as conditioned as dexters, but dexter does have a more narrow waist that is genetic. if you going to give a shot that jay isnt good in go for a front double, not a abs and thigh

Yes Jay once had better legs but now with his right leg much smaller than his left Dex. beats him in this area..

Jay himself confessed in his last interview before the olympia on bodybuilding.com that his naturally wide waist is a problem for him.. The bones of his waist are naturally wide and he can't change this.. Not all the big guys have wide waits, Denis Wolf for example is a big guy with a small waist..

The problem is that Jays waist looks like dog shit.
Scrambled abs/wavy mess.
At competition bf%, he very little vascularity.
His waist is nearly as wide as his lats
His right quad is 2x smaller than his left
his biceps are like softballs and baseballs compared
