i train abs every day that i train. i focus on my lower abs a lot but i cant seem to get them realyy flat and hard like i want them to be. my upper abs are vey hard and i have a 2 pack, but i have a lot og trounle with my lower abs and obliques too. does any1 have any suggestions?

its all about diet bro. U can have the most rock hard abs in the world, but if u have fat covering them. Ur never going to see them.

Hell yeah, listen to Flex he brought in some vascularity on his lower abs, that takes some solid dieting to come in that type of condition.
