Hey whatz up iron brothers? I am gonna do the Jr. Nationals in 2009 here is a pic of me a few months ago. At the time my buddy took the pic I thought I looked like shit so I didn't drop the pants, now I'm pissed I didn't because my wheels were pretty shredded too. LOL, I know I couldn't afford the insurance or payment on the Shelby! Suckzzzz, shit don't rub it in man........ Like my physique I did the best I could or can, lol. My dream is to own a Shelby, maybe someday. Thanks Quaker!

Thanks for asking. Ya, my triceps tear has been a total pain in the ass but I have done cardio everyday for an hour and am finally doing pressdowns in the gym. Nothing crazy just 50 pounds for 4 sets of 25 reps. I am currently around 215 and I know training my quads and hams twice a week has really helped them. I have gained about an inch so it will be cool to see them once I diet down. Its been a long road but I started training upper body 5 weeks after the surgery which looking back was way to fast. I have been icing the crap out of it for an hour a day too. Man, if your joints hurt ice is the best. I've never iced before but it sure helps. I would recommend it to anyone.
