Word has it from my friends back east in Manhattan, that Frank Sepe is gonna juice it back up like he did in the mid 90's.. I remember when he lived in Venice for a while. The guy looked huge in person but that was all. He got off the heavy gear and became a so called fitness model guru. But now he thinks the time is right for him and his tall man lines. He is out of his mind if this is true.
