top 5 worst legs to ever hit the olympia stage...And its not because of genetics...Quinn would train back and bis depending on who was in the gym...That is truly how insecure this clown was...Like most tuff guys, they rarely get tested and because so, build a false sense of reality...Mike for sure was one of those guys...Today he is lucky to be alive...The dude always had zero clue how to fight...And as a drug dealer, that isn't a good combo...Today he is one of those douche bags who will let anyone know who will listen about how tuff he "used" to be...The world has evolved and Mike Quinn should count his chickens and kiss the ground because he is lucky he wasn't taken out...

A world class douche bag...And when they say that only the good die young, we can only look to Mike Quinn and see that he will probably live to 100...

He was one of the big guys,back in the day. His size and conditioning fluctuated to extremes, which would probably hilite his reliance on anabolics.

Met Mike in 1989 and he claimed he was gonna beat Haney at the 1990 Olympia!!  ::)
Apart from his arms and back, he looked like a regular guy in clothes!  Legs looked almost completely un-trained!

He was the Kamali of the early 90s.  Talked shit all the time but never backed it up, made enemies, arrogant (read : delusional) always promising to "crush everyone in *insert contest name here* on the way to the first place spot".

Except that every now and then he could actually get into decent shape.  Unlike Kamali.
