his left  biceps are extremly big and hard looking, crazy seperation and size of that muscle
he s compensating his missing left tri by training the left biceps more than the other one

btw all arms, legs are gone for ever

i wonder how much less stuff he uses nowadays, would be cool to see how much he can hold going natural but sticking to heavy training and good nutrition.

looks like most of the guys in off-season...just a bit of an older man now...so he aint going to look like the ronnie of old.  if he still plans to do some shows in the future...i'd say diet down to 240-245.  would help with the waist and he'll kill guys dead with muscle maturity.

Going down in weight would only highlight the torn and atrophied muscles IMO. He should get as big as possible, 2003 form... size so imposing you can overlook some of the injuries.

IMO, that's the one show that there are 99% of drug free athletes.  One girl that a friend of mine trainied was on at that show and won the overall and they stripped her of the trophy and she was suspended from the NPC for a year.  BUT that show is LONG!!!!  There are a million figure girls which make for a long ass night
